MINSK, 28 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Belarusian shot putters Nadezhda Ostapchuk and Natalia Mikhnevich on gold and silver medals at the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona, BelTA learned from the presidential press service.
